While Mum and Dad were off tripping around Kapiti Island I was off on another cub camp. Last time there was a lot of thunder, lightenng and rain. This time it was so hot we even got in the outdoor (unheated) pool. And I had a great time on the confidence course - i even made mum try it (in her jandals). I had to encourage her a bit but she made it ok.
Mum and Dad were most impressed all of us boys had to do our own dishes (in the outdoor sink, much better than being stuck inside).
I carried my own pack in all the way from the front gates of the camp, and we helped put up the tents. Can't wait for the next time.
